These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Account Holder") and bv888 ("Platform," "We," "Us," "Our"). By accessing the bv888 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotional offer, or using any feature of the bv888 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional-specific terms published on the bv888 platform, the promotional-specific terms shall prevail for matters specific to that promotion, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with bv888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

bv888 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any Account Holder at any time in order to verify eligibility, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bv888 may result in temporary or permanent account restriction. Age verification requests are conducted in accordance with bv888's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, which form an integral part of this Agreement.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) bv888 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or any other means of concealment, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. You must promptly update your account information in the event of any change. bv888 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate account information.

• You must use your own JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account for all transactions — you may not use payment methods registered in another person's name.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify bv888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bv888 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

bv888 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal. Account registration does not create any vested rights to continued access to the bv888 platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bv888 platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action, at bv888's sole discretion:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC; impersonating another person; using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the bv888 platform for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or processing funds derived from illegal activities. bv888 is required to report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through artificial wagering, collusion, multi-accounting, or any strategy that constitutes bad faith participation in bv888 promotions.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, dealers, or bv888 employees; use of software, bots, or automated tools to gain unfair advantage; exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to genuine bv888 transactions.
• Commercial Use: Using the bv888 platform, its content, or any data derived from it for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from bv888.
• Minor Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the bv888 platform by any individual under the age of 21 years.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your bv888 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bv888 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for mobile wallet channels and PKR 1,000 for bank transfer channels.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your bv888 account and registered in your own name. bv888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the relationship between the account holder and the third party. This policy exists to protect against money laundering and fraud.

• bv888 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform — typically 5-15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and 10-30 minutes for bank transfer channels.

• bv888 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, bank, or mobile wallet operator after funds have been released from the bv888 system.

bv888 offers various promotional offers to eligible Account Holders, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, which supplement and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

Unless otherwise specified in promotional-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bv888 promotions:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be requested against bonus-derived winnings.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotional terms.

• Deposit Limits: Account Holders may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited to their bv888 account. Limits may be decreased immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Account Holders may set maximum gaming session durations, after which the account is automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Account Holders may set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Account Holders may exclude themselves from the bv888 platform for periods of 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

bv888's aggregate liability to any Account Holder in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Account Holder during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bv888 is not liable for any failure or delay in platform availability caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, telecommunication failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• bv888 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects, and provides the platform on an "as-is" basis.
• You acknowledge that all gaming activity on bv888 involves inherent financial risk and that bv888 is not responsible for gaming losses incurred through normal platform operation.

bv888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account Holder's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• Suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Request by the Account Holder for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Compliance requirements, including receipt of law enforcement or regulatory authority requests.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, bv888 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance where that balance is determined to be derived from fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity. Where account closure is initiated by bv888 for reasons other than Terms breach, any legitimate balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Account Holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12+ consecutive months) are subject to a monthly inactivity fee in accordance with bv888's dormant account policy, details of which are available from bv888 support. Account Holders will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by bv888 is governed by the bv888 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering an account with bv888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bv888 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, payment method details, and gaming activity records for purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. bv888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• All data transmitted between your device and bv888 is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Your gaming and transaction data is retained for the period required by applicable regulatory obligations, which may extend beyond account closure.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to the bv888 support team.

bv888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to Account Holders via the registered mobile number or through a notification displayed upon login to the bv888 platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the amendment notice. Continued use of the bv888 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms and Conditions, and all matters arising from or related to your use of the bv888 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bv888's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bv888's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
